1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the Dae-hwa service (the "Service") provided by 3 Stripe Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
2. The Service
The Service provides real-time multilingual interpretation, automatic meeting summary generation, and booth operating infrastructure for Korean-English (and other supported language pairs) business meetings. The Company may offer the Service on a per-event contract or subscription basis.
3. Acceptance
You accept these Terms by entering into a contract with the Company (quote, invoice, or online signup). Use of the Service implies agreement.
4. Data handling
Audio and transcripts captured during a meeting are collected with the prior consent of all parties and may be used in anonymized form to improve translation quality and train our models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Disclaimer
AI interpretation accuracy depends on speaker pronunciation, ambient noise, and domain familiarity. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but limits liability for direct or indirect damages from interpretation errors to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
The Company may update these Terms; updates are posted at least 7 days before taking effect. If you disagree with an update, you may terminate your use.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
