How is time deducted?
By the length of each recording or uploaded file, per started minute. Remaining time is always shown in the corner.
Hour pass vs day pass?
Hour passes are spread over a year. Day passes are for a short, intense period and cost less per hour (8 hours a day).
What happens when a pass expires?
Unused time expires. With several passes, the one expiring soonest is used first.
Can I get a refund?
Unused passes are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy (/refund) for details.
