Refund policy

Applies to Daehwa Note passes (hour and day passes). Event and enterprise contracts follow their own terms.

  1. 01Within 7 days, unused

    If no time has been used and it is within 7 days of payment, you get a full refund.

  2. 02Service outages

    Time you could not use because of a fault on our side is restored after we confirm it.

  3. 03Validity

    Hour passes are valid for 1 year from payment; day passes for their stated period. Expired time is forfeited and not refunded.

  4. 04Transfer and cash-out

    Passes cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash or points.

To request a refund, email hello@daehwa-ai.com with your account email and payment date. We process requests within 3 business days; card cancellations may take 3–7 business days depending on the issuer.
