1. Data we collect
- Account: email, name, organization, billing details
- Meeting: audio + transcript of both parties, timestamps, booth ID
- Reports: summary, agreements, action items, prices mentioned
- Automatic: IP address, browser info, session times, cookies
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the Service (live interpretation, summaries, booth ops)
- To improve quality (anonymized data for translation model training)
- Customer support and inquiry response
- Compliance with legal obligations and dispute resolution
3. Retention
Original meeting audio is auto-deleted after 90 days. Transcripts and reports are retained for the contract term plus one year. Anonymized training data may be retained indefinitely. Account data is removed within 14 days of a deletion request.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on the following sub-processors: OpenAI (STT + correction), Anthropic (translation + summarization), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (infrastructure). All are bound by data processing agreements or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Review and redaction
After every meeting, both parties review the auto-generated report line-by-line and can mask, edit, or remove any item before it leaves the booth. Reports are not published until both parties approve.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction at any time by emailing privacy@daehwa-ai.com. We respond within 30 days.
